Celebrating 2 years of the community with new partnership and merch launch

Good Vibes Day Out community started with Vinhos do Colares hike a little bit more than 2 years ago. Just like this, a spontaneous idea and 17 people who joined made a start to dozens if not hundreds of moments of joy and stories to tell. 80+ events and 10+ trips sparked multiple connections and friendships. Each and every participant added their colors to this journey. We are strong and beautiful in our diversity and openness to discover.

2 years is old and serious enough to celebrate it with launching Good Vibes Day Out t-shirts and hoodies. We love and care about nature, we appreciate diversity, our events and trips are designed to help you to create long-lasting connections. That’s why it was important to find a partner that supports same value, and Wear Attraction is a total match.

Wear Attraction is a startup born and based in Lisbon. Guys create clothing that blends sustainability, technology, and innovation for people driven by passion and give tools to express creativity and individuality. The t-shirts and hoodies are made of premium, eco-friendly materials so that you can enjoy comfort, and quality and be sure that they are with you for a long time.

We created a small collection with cool prints and flairs that reflect Good Vibes Day Out values. It is about the community, it is about enjoying a day outdoors, it is about opening up and creating your story together with people who support your passion. We created it with functionality and style in mind to match your vibe and help you vibe with others.

Wine & Friends meetup this Wednesday at Arinto, organic and natural wine bar

Let’s catch up with friends, make new ones, and enjoy great wine! Whether you’re a regular, have joined us once, or are completely new to our events and trips, sharing a glass of great wine is always a perfect reason to meet and chat. 😉

Day trip to Escoural Cave and Evora this Saturday

Did you know that Portugal has caves from Palaeolithic? 😲 And one of them has paintings and engravings?😮 It is a unique place 2 hours drive from Lisbon, and we will explore it this Saturday😉 The group is small and cozy, 10 max, 4 spots are left.

Your trip host will be our fellow good viber Annette who is passionate and very knowledgeable about speleology (science about caves)🤩 You know that it always makes a huge difference to go with a passionate and excited person. Becaaause what? Right, when shared, the joy is multiplied😉

☀️ What’s the plan?

⏰ 09:30 - leaving Lisbon
🏰 11:00 exploring Montemor-o-Novo castle built in 13th centuary
🍽 12:00 lunch at the very charismatic family restaurant offering typical Alentejo cuisine
🍙 14:30 visit to Escoural caves
🏰 16:30 exploring Evora (Chapel of bones, Romal temple, cathedral)
🤗 Free flow based on group preferences (dinner in Evora or heading back to Lisbon)

🚗 How do we get there?

We will share tolls and fuel costs.

💰 Costs:
Org fee - any amount you consider relevant to cover org and hosting efforts
Caves entrance - 3 euro
Lunch - 20-30 euro
Tolls & Fuel sharing - 10-25 euro

😉 About Good Vibes Day Out

It all started with the hike in Sintra back in February 2023 to meet people and make friends. Step by step, lunch by lunch, hike after hike it grew into a community of people who appreciate spending great time outdoors and value building long-lasting connections. There is a cozy WhatsApp group for those who attended the events. There we discuss ideas for future events and organize get-togethers outside of publicly announced events.

Our vibe is chill and laid-back. Good Vibes Day Out is about sharing the experience, exploring, enjoying great food, having deeper conversations, embracing diversity, and leaving room for spontaneity so that everyone can add their colors to the weekend and let things happen.
